I want to send a thank you to whomever came up with the idea of free yoga downloads from one of my most favorite yoga studios. I just stumbled across it tonight. I live in Maryville, TN and my mother-in-law and I just went to Asheville today just to see Joe at WAY and went to see the lovely Shala at AYC. Thank you, thank you!!! Now we can get a nice fix of excellent teachers and save on pollution by not driving 2 hours one way to a class 
We would be happy to donate to this cause if that ever needed to take place. But for now thank you for offering such a wonderful service for free.
